Well, would you have taken me along if I told you that I lived in a normal house with a set of normal parents who didn't abuse me, but also didn't even try and understand me? That every day in my normal life felt like a million years? And that I spent all day every day being told what to do and what to think by people who I'm a million times smarter than, but since it's not polite to acknowledge that, I just had to pretend to listen to? That every single morning I just woke up and wished that anything not normal would happen?
