Итак мой быдлокодерский проект webloc теперь покрывает весь функционал locmechan.

Для Ъ: webloc это простой webui для locmechan на "глобальном и надежном".
Для не-Ъ: git://github.com/ptah-alexs/webloc.git

что то locmechan склонен считать некоторые треду умершими, хотя это не так. Закономерности пока не выявил. Запускается по cron'у.
