Chernobyl`86 was much worst than Japan`s tiny blackout.
A tiny city Plavsk in Tula`s region in Russia which has been treated by radioactive dust cloud almost depopulated (30000 person still alive in comparison with 90000 in 1986). It has 2 huge graveyards and this summer will be new one caused their fullfillment.
Residual nuclear radiation is 2 microsivert in hour after 25 year!
