Как понять, кто виноват и что делать?

спасибо. тем не менее, считаю, что андроид не должен так пугать пользователя (т.к. даже в списке приложений не видно этот поп-ап).
да это команда дурова в приложении накосячила, вечно им капчу вводи. Унизительно!
