I'm sorry that I got a big problem on your shipment today.
The international expresses said the Russia's govermant could not
accept the import shipment via private customer.
The only accept company deal with company. (Company send to company.)

After TNT gave me such the answer, I also contacted with DHL ask about this.
They also declared that your goverment are so stick on the
nonimportation via private customer.
So the shipment will be ruturned to Taiwan.

Врядли. Скорее всего будет та же хуйня, но спроси его конечно.
Я принимал как то небольшие посылки через офис знакомых.
А почему тогда мне почтой норм едет всякий шлак из интернет-магазинов?
Хз. А через какую компанию он едет? И размер посылки, с которой проблеммы? Если нет никакой разницы, то лол х)

DHL и UPS очкуют:
Customs authorities in Russia have tightened restrictions on import shipments to Russia, in particular on dutiable shipments sent to private individuals. These shipments are currently under extraordinary scrutiny in an effort to improve accuracy of the accompanying shipping documentation.
These additional requirements lead to an unprecedented number of customs holds and delays in delivery. UPS has therefore temporarily suspended the acceptance of dutiable shipments sent to private individuals in Russia until further notice.
То есть послать можно, но ебаться с этим _они_ уже не хотят.
А вот EMS попробуй. Они вроде по рашке всегда были более приспособлены.
