Dear Windows Phone Application Developer:

Over the past several months, Microsoft has rapidly expanded the markets in which Windows Phone Store (formerly known as Marketplace) is available – including adding 84 new markets¹. New markets mean extended reach and new download and revenue opportunity for Windows Phone applications like yours!
To target your free and paid² application(s) to the new markets requires that they be cross-submitted via Dev Center, a process which can be time-consuming. To make it faster and easier for you, Microsoft would like to ask your permission to cross-submit your applications to the new markets for you. If you are interested in this limited time opportunity, please follow the simple instructions below:

PERMISSION TO CROSS-SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION(S) TO NEW MARKETS:

Please respond by Tuesday, October 23rd, 2012 11:59PM PDT by replying directly to this email or writing to appxsubmit@microsoft.com from the email address associated with your Dev Center account stating one of the following:

1) “Yes, please cross-submit to ALL but sensitive countries where more stringent requirements apply .”
a. Sensitive country content policy information can be found in Dev Center.

2) “No, thank you. I will cross-submit to new markets myself through Dev Center.”
a. Microsoft will not take any action without your reply, and a reply is not required. However, if you respond with this option, we will note your preference and will not send a follow-up email on this topic.

NOTE: Please include developer name and email (used to submit to in Dev Center), in your response.
