5.2 QSS may require you from time to time, upon at least ten (10) days written notice, to provide a written report, that includes: (i) the email address of the current named user for each Development Seat; (ii) the physical and computer address(es) where the Software is or has been deployed; (iii) certification that the components of the QNX Product Portfolio you have licensed have been installed and used only on the authorized number of Development Seats and Target Systems, and have been used only for authorized purposes; and (iv) confirmation that Software copies have been destroyed in accordance with Section 18 (Termination) upon the expiration or termination of any of your license rights. You (or an authorized signatory if you are a legal entity) agree to sign the reports to confirm their completeness and accuracy. QSS may also require you (or an authorized signatory if you are a legal entity) to complete and return a compliance certificate on an annual basis.
