For clarification, you don’t know which daughter you’re asking the question to. You only get to ask one daughter one question, which will ideally tell you the identity of at least one of the daughters for sure, so you can marry her (if it’s not the youngest) or one of the others (if the one you identify is the youngest).

Ask one of the sisters to point at all of the girls, including possibly herself, who will definitely claim to be the oldest if asked, which implies anyone who might not claim to be the oldest doesn’t get pointed at (if the person is telling the truth). The oldest will point at herself and the middle, the middle will point just at the youngest, and the youngest will point just at herself if she lies or just at the other two if she’s telling the truth. Whichever girl you ask, you will know her identity, and can marry her if she’s not the youngest or one of the other ones (both of which you’re fine with) if she is.
