Прикольно. Свой пароль к диабле я не смогу набрать на своем ноуте одной рукой или одним пальцем — просто не вспомню где какие буквы, а двумя руками- без проблем

Интересно, какие такие цели преследуют люди, ограничивая количество символов в пароле? Я так понимаю — про хеширование и хеширование с солью они вообще не в курсе?

Simply, people can no longer remember passwords good enough to reliably defend against dictionary attacks, and are much more secure if they choose a password too complicated to remember and then write it down.
